The issue has happened to all recent Request List uploads. Same issue was for Akimyich, Neeba and Usagi. It was fixed successfully for them, following the same instructions I've sent you privately. Have no clue, why it didn't work for you. ^_^ The upload is safe and sound, it just doesn't show properly (due to some missing flags in the database). I've made some manual alterations in the database and send you the new instructions. Follow them up to finalize the upload and be able to work with the same Request List in future.
